—————————————-

this is awesome and it is important that we get every business possible in new york state involved in the fight against hydrofracking.we absoulutely cannot become a pennsylvania!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
GREAT IDEA – NYC will listen when it involves their food.
Suddenly those of us living in the beautiful hills and valleys of Southern and Central NY do not feel so alone. Thank you for adding your voices. Our towns tend to be rural, undeveloped and without political influence and our economic prospects have been bleak. Some view the drilling interests as their retirement income. It is so short sighted. Our miles of cycling roads will be ruined and overrun by tankers and truck traffic and the industrialization of our landscape will forever change our home. Let’s hope we can change affect the outcome. Thanks.
This is great. I spoke to Catskill mountain keepers during the summer about trying to get the chefs and resteraunts involved.
I am in anyway I can help.
