Jimmy Carbone, a Chefs for the Marcellus founder, and owner of Jimmy’s No. 43 on the Lower East Side, writes on his website,  “we have been really hurt by Hurricane Sandy and the subsequent loss of power.”  Many know about Jimmy’s  legendary generosity. We think back to how he stepped up after Hurricane Irene, to cite just one example.
